Afraid to talk about what’s happened? Afraid to ask for help? We understand. If you, or someone close to you has suffered violence, it’s hard to know who you can trust. You might wonder if it’s safe to tell anyone or ask us questions; you might be afraid that contacting us involves you in a legal case or lawsuit that you’re not ready for.
You can use the form below to notify us of what you think is a civil rights violation and we will work independently to learn more about the situation. You are only required to complete Step One. However, any additional information you are able to share is very helpful to doing our job protecting civil rights. This information can all be submitted anonymously.
If you would like us to respond to questions about whether or not you have a case, about the legal process, or about working with Kennedy, Kennedy & Ives, please use the sidebar to the right and we will respond to you via email. Our response is purely for informational purposes and does not commit you to working with Kennedy Kennedy & Ives or any other attorney. Before you submit any information, please review our disclaimers.
